+HOW DO I ORDER TEXTBOOKS?
Go to MyBooklist at https://mybooklist.byu.edu, login with your BYU NetID and password. Select either:
"Buy In Store" to see a list of books needed for your classes formatted in a custom shopping list for you to use to find these items in the store.
or
"Order Online" to see a list of books needed for your classes and select any you wish to buy online and pickup in store (free pickup).
+WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY TO PICKUP?
Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to prepare your order, but most orders are ready much sooner. You will receive a separate email with subject line "Order Ready" when your order is ready for pickup.
+CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
Yes! You can cancel any item from your order as long as the item is not yet being processed. Go to MyBookList https://mybooklist.byu.edu and select "Manage Orders."
If the item is already being processed then no worries. You can return any of items at the store for 100% credit for any reason--or no reason at all--up until the University add/drop deadline. You have up through the Saturday after the official add/drop deadline to return any unwanted items for any reason, no questions asked. (Be sure to return them in their original condition.)
+CAN I RETURN MY BOOKS? I NO LONGER NEED THEM.
Yes! Any items can be returned for full credit if returned to customer service by the Saturday after the official add/drop deadline. (Be sure to return them in their original condition.) For information on textbook rental deadlines, see deadlines on the top of this page.
+WHEN ARE RENTAL BOOKS DUE?
Rental books are always due by the end of day on the Saturday after the last day of finals for the semester for which the book was rented. Check our store hours HERE.
+CAN YOU SHIP MY TEXTBOOK ORDER?
Yes, if you need your books shipped then simply order through MyBookList at https://mybooklist.byu.edu and select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

You can return any of these textbooks or course materials at the store for 100% credit for any reason--or no reason at all--so you can be flexible with your schedule right up until the University add/drop deadline. You have up through the Saturday after the official add/drop deadline to return any unwanted items for any reason, no questions asked. (Be sure to return them in their original condition.)
+HOW DO RENTAL BOOKS WORK?
Renting books saves you tons of money. For rentals, you pay one low price to rent the book for the semester or term and then return the book when you’re done with it. Although things like digital materials or packets are not rentable, we try to rent as many other items as possible so that you can pay less for your textbooks. You can highlight and take notes in your book, just don't get it wet! We can't accept rentals returned with liquid damage. All rentals must be returned by the rental return deadline each semester. For each rental book not returned by the deadline you will be charged the difference between the rental price and the regular book price plus a $5 processing fee.
+HOW DO I PAY?
Paying with your BYU Student Account is fast, easy, and secure. Student Account purchases will appear on your account in your BYU My Financial Center. You'll then have 45 days to pay. Any returned or unwanted books are credited to this same account if you originally paid using your Student Account. You can also pay using major credit cards, Cougar Cash, or BYU Store gift cards/certificates.
