What has changed?
You can once again enter the book stacks and shop for textbooks yourself. The store no longer requires you to wait while store staff gather your books for you. You can shop the shelves at will. Go to MyBooklist at https://booklist.byu.edu to see your book list.
We will no longer automatically pick textbooks orders that have not yet been confirmed by you the student. We will only pick and bill you for items you have ordered. Formerly, the store automatically picked student textbook orders without any action required by students. We realize this leads to some confusion. So, we will only pick orders that you have placed on the website. You will only be charged for books you’ve ordered; you no longer need to worry if there are any automatic orders waiting for you as there will not be. You can also shop textbooks in the store.

We will match or beat any legitimate online price like Amazon & Chegg when compared to our rental price (only compared to our rental price). You want confidence that if we missed a low price then you're not out of luck. If you find a lower price from a legitimate online source for the same item (ISBN and edition compared to our rental price) within 48 hours after purchase then come in and let us know and we'll gladly match or beat that price. Why? Our mistake shouldn't be your problem.

You don't want to waste time trying to figure out where your books are, chasing a delivery truck, or talking to a call center. We do the heavy lifting so you can relax.
