Free Shipping Rules
-PROMO CODE: 75SHIP required at checkout for free shipping on orders $75+
-Domestic ground shipping to contiguous 48 states only
-One free shipment per order
-$75 Free shipping threshold applies after all discounts
-Textbooks, computer hardware, select home decor, name tags, and electronics accessories are exempt from free shipping

Shipping & Delivery Timing
-Shipping and delivery day calculations are business days (exclude weekends and holidays)
-1-Day Express orders ship in 1-2 days
-2-Day Express orders ship in 2-3 days
-Express orders received by 12:00pm MST ship same business day
-Express orders received after 12:00pm MST ship the following business day
-Basic Ground shipping orders usually ship within 1-2 business days and can take up to 7 additional days to arrive depending upon the shipping address.
-Pick Up orders: We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup on upper level-typically within 24 - 48 hours
-Campus Delivery orders deliver in 1-2 business days
-Orders placed at the same time are not necessarily shipped at the same time

Suspension of Service Guarantee
Major shipping carriers have temporarily suspended their money-back service guarantees until further notice. While we have not seen a change in on-time deliveries and we continue to see the same stellar on-time delivery service with our carriers, we will not offer a money-back guarantee for on-time shipping service until shipping carriers resume their guarantees.

Express Shipping (1-Day & 2-Day)
Express Shipping will be sent using FedEx, UPS, or USPS air express services depending on destination postal code and weight. Express orders placed before 12:00pm MST will ship same day, express orders placed after 12:00pm MST will ship next business day. If express order is placed on a non-business day then order will ship next business day.

International Orders

-Duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Other charges beyond our control may be assessed in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. It is your responsibility to know your country's customs and tariff rules.
We may use FedEx, DHL, or UPS to ship international orders depending on postal code, weight, and order contents. These are traceable, insured, and generally take 2-5 business days to deliver (not including possible delays for customs).
Shipping costs are not refundable if your international order is returned to the store because you were unable or unwilling to pay the duties/taxes, or if it is returned for any other reason outside of the store's control. Return shipping fees charged to the store, if any, will be charged to the customer.
