LOG IN WITH YOUR AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT
1- Before you can add missionary name tags to your cart, you must be logged in to the site with an authorized mission account.
2- Only missions are authorized to order missionary name tags.
3- Each mission should be able to log in with your official mission account. Your mission account uses your mission's unit email address as the login email address.
4- Once you log in with your official mission account you can add name tags to your cart.

Q. I'm not sure if I have a mission account. How can I create a mission account or confirm my mission account?

Q. I don’t know my login password, how can I log in?
A. You can either use the “forgot password” link on the login page to reset your password or you can contact online support by clicking on the Chat message found on the bottom right corner of this page.

Q. I cannot add name tags to my cart but I am logged in to the site. What do I do?
A. Verify that you are logged in with an official mission account using the mission’s unit email address (you cannot order name tags using a unauthorized non-mission account). Contact our online customer support so they can verify your account is set up correctly and authorized to order name tags. Contact online support by clicking on the Chat message found on the bottom right corner of this page.

Q. Can I change the login email address to use our finance (fin) or referral (ref) secretary email address instead of the unit email address?
A. Yes, you can use any valid unit email address including the finance or referral secretary email addresses. Only one email address can be used as your login email address. By default we use your basic unit email address. If you want to change the login email address then please contact online support by clicking on the Chat message found on the bottom right corner of this page.

Q. I am ordering for temple workers, an MTC, or other authorized purpose but do not have a mission login because I am not part of a mission unit. How can I order?
A. Contact online support by clicking on the Chat message found on the bottom right corner of this page.

Name tags are only available to order by missions for active missionaries. Souvenir or other tags are not authorized. If you are a currently serving full-time missionary and need a name tag, please talk to your mission office as the order must be placed using an official mission account.
