Laie Hawaii Temple is a temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) located on the northwest shore of the Hawaiian island of Oahu. It was the first temple build by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints outside the contiguous United States. The temple is also the oldest to operate outside of Utah, the fifth-oldest LDS temple still in operation. The completed structure was first dedicated by Heber J. Grant on November 27, 1919.
