There is an ancient legend of an Old Cherokee Chief who tells his grandchildren about the duty to choose 'life' or 'death'. "Inside each one of us," boldly declares the Chief: "There are two wolves fighting! One is sinister and dark with many bad qualities; the other light grey wolf has the opposing character traits. These two wolves are in a 'life-and-death struggle' fighting to the bitter end!" The Elderly Chief smiles and pauses. "But Grandpa!" impetuously blurts out his littlest grandson: "Which wolf wins?!" With a twinkle in his eye, the aged Chief gives this simple, yet profound reply: "The One You Feed!"

This book exemplifies : ‘Which Wolf Will You (choose to) Feed?!’ It examines a proposed solution to the stated problem of Man's inhumanity to Man, as to himself. Man is at war with Man, with himself unless (as this book argues) he chooses to replace negative behavioral character traits with positive ones. To change, as it were, from a destructive negative course of action to a constructive positive one. In short, to become 'converted'.
